Votăm. Dar cum procedăm?

La referendum, fiecare poate alege dacă vrea vot uninominal sau nu.
La PE, se votează pe liste.
Să presupunem că X vrea uninominal. Merge şi votează pentru asta. După aceea, ce face? Mai are rost să voteze la PE, având în vedere că votul pe liste nu corespunde voinţei sale?
